Newly created position – a Real Estate company in Sunny Isles, FL is bringing their tax function in house to speed up accuracy and timeliness of the return preparation process.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Seeking strong public accounting tax manager – ideally real estate or asset based (depreciation, book/tax differences etc.), contract revenue rec. vs tax revenue rec.
- Experience with High-Net-Worth individuals/personal tax experience
- Tax experience in Public Accounting (preferably for Real Estate clients)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (CPA preferred)
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
