alliantgroup's is currently seeking a Consultant to join our digital subsidiary, alliantdigital. Our alliantdigital team offers digital strategy and consulting services to companies in the middle market in response to the rise and accessibility of emerging technologies and AI. The focus and goal of our digital practice is to help small and medium-sized businesses navigate and leverage these new technologies to transform and solve their most difficult challenges.
The Opportunity
alliantdigital is alliantgroup's newest service line and subsidiary. This role will give you the opportunity to further develop your skills in a fast-paced, start-up like environment while shaping the future of alliantdigital. You will use emerging technology and AI to assist our clients across different industries to solve complex challenges and help them modernize and transform the digital capabilities within their organization. To succeed in this role, you will need :
- An interest and desire to assist clients in improving the performance through technology and digital solutions
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, and develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Show initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously assess, anticipate, and deliver on the needs of clients
- Strong leadership ability, attentiveness to details, problem solving skills, analytical capabilities
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions
