What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Staff position at The Allure Agency?
The Allure Agency is in need of polished and professional event staff to work fun events in the Palm Springs area.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of well-known brands.
- Promote the brands, products and services of various clients.
- Encourage event guest engagement.
- Distribute prizes and give aways.
- Perform light production tasks such as preparing swag bags and setting up decor essentials.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must live within 45 minutes of Palm Springs.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Must be able to submit high quality photos of yourself
- Must have an upbeat, happy personality.
- Must have experience as a brand ambassador, sales rep or working with the general public face to face.
- Must genuinely enjoy working with people.
- Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
- Must submit a professional resume showing relatable experience.
- Must comprehend instructions well and execute tasks proficiently.
- Must NOT have any tattos on face or forearms.
- Must have an upbeat, happy, can-do attitude and the ability to follow instructions confidently and quickly.
- Individuals that do not genuinely love interacting with and being of service to people need NOT apply.
