What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Chef position at The Aloha Foundation?
Assistant Chefs are employees of the Aloha Foundation assigned to work for our residential summer camps through our Dining Services Department. These positions include a competitive salary, shared room and board, and the ability to spend the summer in a lakeside setting in Vermont.The Assistant Chef is responsible for the kitchen including and not limited to assisting the Head Chef with food orders, planning menus, overseeing staff, volunteers, and food preparation.
