Job Description
A growing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a full-time temporary to permanent position in Pembroke, MA.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative :
- Assist customers and vendors with general technical support inquires through multiple medias escalating issues as needed
- Resolve and discrepancies found after comparing new purchase orders against quotations
- Perform data entry of orders into QuickBooks
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Work closely with sales, production and other departments
- Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers through multiple medias including email and over the phone
- Complete other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Customer Service Representative :
Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate : $26.00-$30.00 / hr based on experience
