An experienced attorney with a proven track record, and a minimum of 5 years in family law, including custody and property hearing and trial experience.

Thorough understanding of the Texas family law system and a history of success in family law.

Compensation : 95,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities :

Prepare well-drafted legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and orders to represent clients effectively

Advocate proficiently on behalf of clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected

Identify, resolve, and prevent legal issues for clients, offering comprehensive legal solutions

Collaborate closely with paralegals and lead attorneys to streamline family litigation processes efficiently

Manage and address discovery requests promptly and effectively, ensuring all necessary information is provided

Represent clients in hearings and trials related to custody, support, and property matters with professionalism and expertise

Engage in mediation sessions and negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable resolutions for clients

Qualifications :

Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree

Have 5 years of experience in Texas Family Law

Salary will be based on the candidate's level of experience; well-experienced and / or board-certified attorneys at a higher range

Should be capable of managing all aspects of family law cases, starting from initial pleadings to discovery, mediation, temporary hearings, trial, final order, and post-judgment
