Job Summary:
The Captain at The Alston is a vital member of our front-of-house team, responsible for ensuring seamless and memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role demands a high level of professionalism, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills. The Captain will oversee a section of the dining room, guide service staff, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:

Guest Service Excellence:

Provide personalized and attentive service to all guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.

Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
