What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snack Cart Attendant - 2025 Season position at The Altland House Hospitality Group?
Looking for an enthusiastic & personable snack cart attendant to join our team when we reopen in March for the 2025 season.
The employee will be a representative of Founder's Grille located on Penn National Golf Course.
Responsible for selling snacks & non-alcoholic beverages to golf course patrons.
Most shifts run 9:30a-4pm or 10a-6p.
Holidays required.
Duties included, but not limited to:
- Clock in on time, ready to work in clean & neat uniform.
- Hair past collar length must be tied back.
- No gum chewing
- Make sure Pro Shop desk has your cell phone number in case of emergencies
- Perform daily opening and closing inventory. Inventory sheets must be dated, signed and turned in with
- Responsible for stocking snack cart at start of shift and emptying at the end of shift.
- Advertise products on cart. Beverages, Snacks, etc.
- Must check with Manager before leaving the property.
- Maintain an inventory sheet that reflects daily sales.
- Check expiration dates, rotate and organize products and inform management to order new product, when necessary, based on par levels.
- Confirm cart is fully operational before starting rounds, (gas, air in tires, oil etc.).
- Carts must be kept clean at all times.
- Must have knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
- Keep coolers and snack boxes clean and organized.
- Must be available to work on major holidays.
- Follow all Safety guidelines.
Must be 18 years or older.
