As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our rapidly growing client base, delivering exceptional support and solutions. You’ll work alongside seasoned IT professionals to ensure seamless service to our valued Managed Services clients.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide remote support for service requests involving workstations, servers, printers, networks, and a variety of vendor-specific hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with the ability to pivot when needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience managing and administering Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, security permissions, and access control.

We are hiring multiple technicians for this team.

Day shift position is from 8 am to 5 pm ET.

Evening shift position is from 2 pm to 11 pm ET.
