What You'll Do:
- Provide remote support for service requests involving workstations, servers, printers, networks, and a variety of vendor-specific hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with the ability to pivot when needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience managing and administering Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, security permissions, and access control.
