The Amenity Collective is seeking a Creative Services Manager to join our team! The Amenity Collective is North America’s leading provider of full-service facilities management across the aquatics, fitness, and recreation industries. We provide customized design, staffing, construction, consulting, and operations services to optimize the long-term success of our clients' aquatics, recreational, and hospitality spaces. As the Creative Services Manager and a key member of our team, you will spearhead and implement creative projects for the company and its brands. This role will involve strategic planning and supporting daily marketing operations. The Creative Services Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute creative services, including print & promotional collateral and digital marketing campaigns for The Amenity Collective.
- Work closely with marketing leaders to develop and implement creative strategies that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (including finance, HR, IT) to support creative project initiatives.
- Assist with executing branding and style guides for new builds, refreshes, and repositioning projects.
- Oversee workflows and manage creative-related SOPs to ensure efficient execution of projects, integrating internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the digital asset library, creative resources, and platform subscriptions, ensuring accessibility when applicable.

COMPENSATION
The Creative Services position with The Amenity Collective has a starting salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum. The range above is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the actual salary may vary from the estimates provided above.
LOCATION
This is a hybrid role that requires at least 2 days in the Huntersville, NC office per week.
