Summary

Duties

- Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Diagnostic skills and the ability to triage, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of urgent and chronic dental problems in a patient population with a high percentage of medically compromised individuals.
- Diagnose and treat inflammatory and destructive diseases of investing and supporting tissue of teeth; clean and polish teeth.
- Eliminate irritating margins of fillings.
- Correct occlusions.
- Perform surgical procedures to remove diseased tissue using dental instruments.
- Perform dental implants, osseous surgery, tissue grafts, develop complex treatment plans, and provide preventive care. Must be trained and competent in providing Basic Life Support (BLS).
- The individual must be able to work collegially with other dentists and physicians.
- Additional duties will be discussed with the hiring manager.
- Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM or Department discretion.
