American Security and Gate Company is hosting in-person hiring events March 7th and 8th to find hardworking, reliable, and self-directed fence installers to join our Fargo team of industry professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to talk with a member of our management team, ask questions, and tour our facility. Construction experience and CDL are preferred but not required; must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks on construction sites in all weather conditions
- Use hand and power tools proficiently
- Assist in fence installation and repair with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed correctly and on-time
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous fence installation or construction experience; may consider work history demonstrating related or transferable skills
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; CDL preferred
