Duties

- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system, including returns and exchanges.
- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Upsell products when appropriate to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items or promotions.
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
