Tell Your Friends is a high-end cocktail lounge, located underneath The Americano in North Scottsdale. The Americano is a contemporary steakhouse that is modern in approach and Italian in spirit.
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Bar Back to join our team and assist our bartenders in providing exceptional, memorable service to our guests. The Bar Back will work closely with bartenders, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the bar. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to initiate the service process when necessary. We’re looking for dynamic, energetic individuals to drive an incomparable experience for our guests as we bring this globally inspired concept to the next level.

Scope of Position:
- The Barback reports to the management and will work as an integral part of the service team, dedicated to providing guests with the most impeccable, accurate, and courteous service possible and exceeding guest expectations by paying attention to guests' needs at all times.
- In addition to being part of an entire Americano team dedicated to being the penultimate example of greatness in products and services on the property, the Barback is responsible for gracious customer service in order to help Americano exceed customer satisfaction standards.
- The Barback is expected to assist the bartenders in a multitude of ways that revolve around prep and service.
