The A-Team is Hiring! Located at our Menomonie WI facility, the Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all orders from our key accounts are accurately prepared and shipped in accordance with the order specifications.
Role Facts
- Create and prepare new orders and returns.
- Work with key accounts such as Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards.
- Prepare shipping labels such as BOL and LTL according to the order instructions working with various carriers such as FedEx and UPS
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone by answering warranty inquiries, offering order placement and tracking details, providing installation support, and generating personalized quotes.
- Collaborate with various A-Team members such as operations, shipping, and receiving.

Supplemental Pay : Bonus pay, profit share.
Work hours : Monday 6 : 30am-4 : 30pm, Tuesday - Friday 6 : 30am -2 : 30pm
