What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Inside Furniture Sales position at The Amish Furniture Store?
We are currently seeking a professional, driven, and highly motivated sales professional for a full-time, immediate retail position. This position will be in our Ocala location.
Our company has the largest selection of hand crafted Amish Furniture in the Orlando area. We have been in business for over 15 years and our showrooms have an extensive selection of high quality, customizable, handcrafted furniture. Because our product is so unique, we have very high sales volumes. Exceptional customer service is our number one priority and the reason why we do high amounts of repeat and referral business.
Our new team member will undergo an in-store training program and will learn the product, as well as our policies and procedures. An aptitude for learning and the ability to focus on details is critical to success in this position.
Following training, you will work with customers to help them make furniture selections, close sales, and provide customer service and follow up as necessary.
Assist customers from time to time with loading furniture items into their vehicles.

- Previous sales experience with a strong track record is necessary; experience in the furniture or design industry is not required, but ideal candidates will need to be able to effectively offer a wide variety of products.

Work attire is business casual. Our store is open 6 days a week, and work schedules may include Saturday hours as needed; shifts will be 8 hours. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
