As a Customer Title Specialist at The Amynta Group, you will be responsible for processing customer service requests and repo requests, as well as managing CRM requests received through the client portal and email. This production-based role requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process repo applications and affidavits, and ship applications to the DMV or Tag Agent to obtain a repo title.
- Send customers and dealers Release of Liens, copy of titles and contracts via FedEx, fax, or email.
- Reroute titles to new dealers and add to dealer shipments.
- Process requests for Release of Liens, copies of contracts and/or titles, and Paid In Full letters.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years experience
- Some college (preferred)
- DMV or car dealership or title experience a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization
- Professional appearance and positive company image
- Ability to understand key functions of departments responsible
