WE are looking to add to our team! Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the workplace - Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve organizational goals Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred - Knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen management and shift management - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management - Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure - Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
