Opportunity Summary:
Utilizing the RBB (Restaurant BOM (Bill of Material) Builder) system for maintenance of restaurant attributes, researching issues, ensuring appropriate Bills of Material (BOM) components are built and/or sent to restaurants (ensuring correct restaurant recipes and appropriate Distribution Center Assortment setup.
How you will make contributions that matter:
Monitoring for restaurant product mix data quality and data receipt issues
Supporting restaurants on related systems and data process by acting as a liaison between their Distribution Centers (DCs), McDonald’s Corporation US Operations and Supply Chain, Restaurant Owner Operators or Managers, and McDonald’s partners, and collaborates with Regional Deployment Managers/Core Menu Contacts, Purchasing Managers, Operations Technology Managers (OTMs) and HAVI Supply Chain Data Management.
- Maintains key data in the McDonald’s SMART system which impacts restaurants and leads to more accurate order replenishments, tracking of food costs and accurate DC supply of raw products to their restaurants.
- Supports and addresses escalations related to SMART system functionality, enhancements and impacts to restaurants, including maintaining restaurant Supply Chain and location attributes. Manages related exception and operational reports
- Monitors the DCA report daily, resolves, or escalates DC Assortment.
- Monitors reports to identify data quality issues, and support the data integrity of menu items, raw items, and recipes in the restaurant back office.
- Monitors reports and escalates data delivery issues to appropriate resources to ensure resolution
- Communicates new raw items, raw item attribute changes, appropriate menu items or other related information to restaurants. Escalates non-compliance to McDonald’s Regional / Divisional resources. Educates restaurants on the cleanup process for deactivation of obsolete or unused inventory or menu items.
- Performs analytical research for restaurant food cost reporting issues or escalates to appropriate resource for assistance. Educates restaurants on appropriate procedures and data input accuracies that impact food cost reporting issues.
Happy Meal Management:
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing Happy Meal products from start to finish. The role ensures that promotions align with McDonald’s initiatives, execution and management.
- Responsible for execution of Buyback and Reimbursement
- Attend all Happy Meal calls
- Manage wrin maintenance
- Daily manage and monitor TOY report adjustments, auto shipments, etc.
What You'll Bring:
- Education – Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience – 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in data entry and customer service.
- Other Required Skills or Abilities – Customer service, technical skills (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point), voice selection technology (Lucas), JD Edwards, managerial/leadership skills, Excellent administrative experience, attention to detail, knowledge of computer-based inventory control systems, and order processing concepts and techniques.
