Compensation :
50,000 - $75,000 yearly includes commission
Responsibilities :
Engage promptly with leads to drive business growth and ensure timely responsesEstablish strong connections with prospects and clients by gathering relevant property information, addressing concerns, and finalizing dealsManage leads efficiently through a CRM system, ensuring meticulous follow-ups until successful deal closuresDocument and communicate crucial information from potential sellers to facilitate seamless transitions for colleaguesFoster meaningful conversations with potential sellers, adapting to their communication styles while discussing their propertiesHandle sensitive subjects like motivation, pricing, and expectations with empathy and direct communicationConduct thorough research, site visits, and property value analysis to inform decision-making processesPrepare essential documents such as letters of intent, market research reports, contracts, and administrative paperwork well in advance of transactionsCollect and assess diverse market and property data to support informed decision-making within The Anderson GroupUtilize various systems and scheduling tools proficiently to maximize opportunitiesDemonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills, effective communication through internet research, and excellent organizational abilitiesDisplay sound judgment and perform effectively in high-pressure situations, drawing upon extensive knowledge of real estate transactionsQualifications :
A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study is preferredThe ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales roleStrong drive and passion for real estate asset selling, being goal-oriented, and having a desire for continuous learning in the industry are essentialExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a particular emphasis on strong phone skills and the ability to set and close appointments over the phone, are desiredThe ability to serve as a mediator between sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction process is importantEfficiently managing working hours, and prioritizing immediate, time-sensitive opportunities before transitioning to other tasks such as lead follow-up and property owner contact is necessaryThe candidate should demonstrate a desire to help people, coupled with confidence and determination to navigate challenges, steer conversations, and achieve desired outcomesEffective prioritization and project management abilities, including the ability to handle frequent changes professionally and follow through on tasks in a timely manner, are requiredInterest in developing research and communication skills is valued.Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferredProficiency in common computer applications, including the ability to create formulas for spreadsheet analysis, is beneficialAbout Company
