What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at The Anderson Group Real Estate Services?
Compensation:
$56,000 - $85,000 yearly base plus bonus
Responsibilities:- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and determine their readiness to move forward in the buying or selling process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update lead records in our CRM, ensuring every lead is nurtured and tracked effectively.
- Proactive Outreach: Conduct follow-ups through calls, texts, and emails to build relationships and keep potential clients engaged.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for our sales agents with highly qualified leads.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market trends and real estate services to provide value in every interaction.
- Data-Driven Focus: Monitor performance metrics, such as conversion rates and appointment success, and contribute ideas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years of previous sales experience
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
