The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat customer, a $70bn bank, to identify a Commercial Real Estate Lender in New York City. This is a client The Anderson Search Group has made six placements with in the last 12 months. The bank is over 100 years old and one of the strongest financial institutions in the country. There is a substantial portfolio to inherit.
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess :
- 5 years minimum Commercial Real Estate Lending focused on residential and multi-family construction and development
- Successful track record generating their own loans producing $75 million in loans annually
- External network in and around New York to generate new business from
- Ability to take over and grow a $300 million book of business
