Overview:
The Andersons, Inc. is seeking an entry-level operations technician to join our team. As an operations technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of our biofuel production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation of plant equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years' relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
