Provide Executive administrative support and is the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies.

Position Overview
Provide Executive administrative support and is the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes administrative tasks efficiently and effectively, including: calendar/meeting management, expense reports, correspondence drafts, travel arrangements, agenda planning and meeting material preparations.
- Ensure group meetings, special projects, website and/or marketing materials are current and organized.
- Ensure executive is kept informed of commitments, issues and opportunities.
- May research and resolve issues, or recommend a course of action.
- Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job related training or considerable experience
- Completes work with limited degree of supervision
- Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
- 5 years’ relevant experience required
- Ability to work under timelines, maintain confidentiality, be organized and detailed, provide high level of customer service
- Strong skills with office-related computer software
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
