As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Grain Operations Worker at our Auburn, MI Elevator location.
As a Grain Operations Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our grain operations. You'll have the chance to work closely with our experienced team, learning and honing your skills while making a meaningful impact on the success of our operation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with either an understanding or a willingness to learn our grain processes and partner with our team to drive productivity and quality.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for performing operations tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform at least six tasks in the operations area contributing to customer service, grain conditioning and general facility upkeep
- Operate various types of mobile equipment

- Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience
- Works within established procedures
- Completes work with a moderate degree of supervision
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience required
