As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Processing Operations Worker at our East Grand Forks Grain Elevator.

This position is responsible for performing operations tasks involving the milling and processing of beans at our East Grand Forks location.

This is a rotating day and night shift position with some overnight shift work expectations. The incumbent in the role MUST have flexibility for both day and night shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks required to ensure bean grade quality meets customer qualifications.
• Operate and Monitor processing equipment, inspect and grade product quality and assurance against required specifications.
• Collaborate with the packaging and quality assurance team.
• Assist with performing general preventative maintenance and cleaning of the processing equipment as needed.
• Monitoring bagging crew as necessary to ensure correct product is completed.
• General housekeeping responsibilities, following all safety procedures and other duties as assigned to support facility functions.
