Job Description: Kennel Attendant

The Animal Hospital is seeking a reliable and compassionate Kennel Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed and water animals according to schedules and feeding instructions
• Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, and other animal holding areas
• Assist with bathing and grooming animals
• Monitor animal behavior and report any concerns to supervisor
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarian or supervisor
• Assist with animal intake and adoption processes
• Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior
