What You'll Be Doing :
Welcoming clients and checking in patients with a warm and friendly attitude
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping pet parents with questions
Processing payments and handling invoices
Updating patient charts and entering data into our computerized billing system
Assisting with retail sales of pet supplies, food, and supplements
Keeping our reception area tidy and inviting
Retrieving prescriptions and assisting clients with medication pick-ups
Collaborating with our amazing veterinary team to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
