The Anti-Fraud Advocacy Fellowship


It is our great pleasure to announce the creation of a new prestigious two-year fellowship position, the Anti-Fraud Advocacy Fellowship, designed for recent law graduates who are passionate about public interest, whistleblowers, and fraud! The fellow will support the Director of Legal Education in producing TAF Coalition’s Qui Tam Quarterly Review and the Year-in-Review Journals. This will involve reading and summarizing relevant case law and settlements, enhancing the fellow's understanding of this complex field. The fellow will also attend conferences and webinars, enriching their knowledge and network. Furthermore, the fellow will have the opportunity to write a white paper, contributing to the discourse on a pertinent issue within the whistleblower legal field. The fellow will start working in Fall 2025.


Qualifications:

  • J.D. required by August 2025
  • Outstanding legal research and writing skills.
  • Preferably with law review or other journal experience.
  • An interest in the False Claims Act and government whistleblower programs.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Expectations: The fellow is expected to work approximately 40 hours per week. While there is remote flexibility, the fellow should be location in the Washington, DC area and is expected to work in-person 1-2 days a week.


Benefits: TAF Coalition will pay the fellow $70,000 for the first year, and $75,000 for the second year.
