Summary of Position:

To collect on past due accounts. The position will also have the following responsibilities:

• Collect over 5-day past due receivables in accordance with assigned territory and use our online collection system
• Make Outbound collection calls for outstanding invoices
• Handle payments, questions, complaints, and update systems with notes and or disposition codes.
• Very detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of customer service experience?is required
• 3 years of collections and/or retention
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills?are required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Schedule:

M- F 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Seasonal 3 months

Salary: $22 - $25 per hour
