Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Night Audit team member to join our dynamic staff. As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include verifying the accuracy of financial transactions, processing guest check-ins and check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to our guests during the night shift. You’ll help create a welcoming environment while ensuring the property runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during the overnight shift with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Perform night audit duties by reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, transactions, and revenue reports.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests in a courteous manner.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Monitor the hotel’s security and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Provide information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas during the overnight shift.
• Collaborate with other departments to address any operational issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; previous hospitality or audit experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities during overnight hours.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work various night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Required)
