The company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our call center team and assist customers in scheduling repairs. We seek a customer-focused, self-motivated individual for this role.
Experience in a fast-paced call center and with Service Titan is a plus, and familiarity with the appliance industry is a plus. Skills/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in call center.
- Ability to multitask by being on the phone, typing, and filling technicians’ schedules with jobs.
- Excellent phone skills and professionalism.
- Experience working in Service Titan.
- Adept at active listening and positioning solutions based on customer needs and desires.
- Able to work processes for following up with customers.
- Have a heart for service, both toward customers and fellow employees.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Work in call center 8am to 430pm - Monday through Friday.
- Handle days with constant incoming calls and schedule customer appointments with the correct technician.
- Able to follow processes within Service Titan.
- Work with technicians to assure that we are collectively taking care of customers
- Treat our customers as you would like to be treated.
