What the Mechanical Assembler will do :
- Pull kits with assigned work order number from staging shelf.
- Identify and count all components, (standoff's, screws, washers, etc.) according to the Bill of Materials (B.O.M.).
- Using assembly work instruction, B.O.M., and print, assemble boards paying attention to detail and instructions from these documents.
- Machine or hand clean assemblies as needed.
- Work with the following : Box Build, Hand / Electrical tools, Press Fit, Hardware, Cable harness
What the Mechanical Assembler needs to have :
