What the Parts Specialist will do:
- Answer phones and assist walk-in customers with parts and rental equipment
- Customer service skills in person and over phone
- Provide parts based on needs – research parts using the Catalogue and other part look up systems
- Enter and maintain customer invoices
- Parts, receiving, shipping, and QC handling inbound and outbound orders
- Data entry
- Stocking shelves – distribute parts for a repair job
- Maintain parts inventory
- Lifting up to 75lbs. standing all day
What the Parts Specialist needs to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Communication skills with a desire to provide excellent service in-person and over the phone
- 1-2 years previous experience with shipping, receiving, and qc preferred
