Seeking an Engineering Program Manager to provide strategic-level expertise on intelligence, information warfare, and cyber threats.
This position will work with sponsors to deliver high-quality assessments and operational solutions to address information warfare and cyber issues affecting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions.
Duties include:
- Interacting with national security sponsors
- Delivering superior strategic and technical solutions
- Managing cost, scope, and schedule of projects
- Coordinating with program offices, contracts, and finance
- Making hiring recommendations to meet mission objectives
- Business Development is required
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher, plus 12 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expert level knowledge of US Government cyber acquisition strategy, DoD PPBE process, and DoD acquisitions
- Knowledge of cyber issues (operations, mission planning, training, technology roadmaps, analytics, testing, evaluation)
- Able to evaluate feasibility and implementation of potential concepts
- Organizational leadership and executive staff-level experience within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community
- Experienced in building strategies and architecture roadmaps for the future state
- Hold active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred qualifications:
- DAWAI and/or FAI certifications
- Technical/Engineering background
