The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University is seeking a talented program manager to join our team and support our mission in cyber threats and operations.
As a program manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to address complex information warfare and cyber issues affecting the Department of Defense, US Cyber Command, and Intelligence Community missions.
You will work closely with sponsors to provide high-quality assessments and operational solutions, and have the opportunity to build strategies and architecture roadmaps for the future state.
A degree in Engineering or Science discipline is preferred, and the successful candidate will have expert-level knowledge of US Government cyber acquisition strategy, the DoD PPBE process, and DoD acquisitions.
