The Aptus Group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team of professionals at our schools in the Moreno Valley, CA area. We are looking for a qualified candidate who can deliver tailored educational programs to students with specific learning disabilities or other challenges. As a Resource Support Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized educational programs (IEPs) for students with learning disabilities and other severe challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Master's, and hold a California Clear/Preliminary Resource Specialist Teaching Credential (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe). Additionally, they will possess confident computer technology skills, recent and relevant professional development in teaching and learning, and proven ability to work in an urban school environment. Preferably, the candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish.
