We are actively seeking an Elementary School Teacher to join our team at one of our schools in the Huntington Park, CA area. This full-time role is your chance to inspire and empower students by creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment that drives academic success and growth.

Pay Rate : $64,480.94 - $89,388 annually

Location : Huntington Park, CA

Schedule : Full Time (school operating hours)

Requirements :

  • Required : Bachelor’s Degree
  • Required : California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
  • Required : Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Preferred 1 year of experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective instructional strategies.
  • Proficiency in adapting curriculum to meet diverse student needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with staff and parents for student success.
  • Skill in maintaining accurate records and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Effective communication with students, colleagues, parents, and administration.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide instruction aligned with school goals and philosophy.
  • Plan engaging lessons and activities for diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain high behavior standards for a productive classroom.
  • Evaluate student progress through various assessments.
  • Communicate with parents, administration, and students about progress.
  • Enhance classroom environment with displays and learning centers.
  • Attend school activities and required training.
  • Identify and address student needs, referring to support services.
  • Set learning objectives based on curriculum guidelines.
  • Supervise students in different school settings.
  • Manage inventory and request instructional materials.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and committees.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
