We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations and create wholesome, flavorful meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a heart for service, and a deep understanding of senior nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and resident preferences
- Ensure food is attractively presented and served at the correct temperature
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health codes and community standards
- Engage with residents to gather feedback and continually enhance dining satisfaction
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and food storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Candidates for this position must have proven experience as a Chef or Lead Cook, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality settings. Full -Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem employment available.
