The Arc Carroll County is looking to hire a pool or PRN staff for non-restrictive status on-call (PRN) Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our Community Living / Residential Department. On-call / PRN status means that you will be available to fill in as needed when there is a staffing issue, vacation or an emergency. This department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What does a DSP in Community Living do? You will support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their individual pursuit of a fulfilling life by working as part of a team in a small residential home setting. You will support residents with life skills and household tasks such as meal planning and preparation, laundry, and light housework; as well as assist with personal care, administer medications, and provide transportation as needed.

COMPENSATION :
- Pay Rate : $18.74 per hour, in compliance with Maryland's Equal Pay for Equal Work law.
- 2.00 shift differential for weekend shifts.
- Overtime pay available.
