Talent Development Coach
The Arc Central Chesapeake Region is looking for an experienced Talent Development Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering professional development opportunities that align with our strategic plan, culture, and person-centered philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver professional development opportunities for employees at all levels of the organization
- Provide coaching support to people managers and other employees to improve performance and quality of services
- Collaborate with outside content providers to customize and deliver training aligned to our needs
- Act as the organization's subject matter expert on topics related to leadership development, change management, DEI, and Coach Approach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, or a related field
- 5 years of experience creating, leading, and facilitating management and professional development coaching and/or training sessions
- Master's degree in organizational development, human resources, or adult education preferred
- APTD Certification through the Association for Talent Development preferred
