DSP Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support based on each person's needs and preferences
- Support independence as a DSP by assisting the people we support with their daily activities, which can range from personal hygiene to meal preparation
- DSPs will create a supportive and caring atmosphere for the people we support while positively contributing to their emotional well-being and social connections
DSP Requirements:
- A valid NYS Driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.

Starting rates range from $18.10-$19.25, plus an additional $1.40 an hour for weekend differential
- Our DSPs earn an average of $18.75 an hour after 30 days of paid training, plus a weekend differential
