TheDirect Support Professionalprovides self-care training and assistance in daily living to individuals with developmental disabilities residing in a group home setting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned : Support individuals to ensure their safety and well-being. Observe, document, and communicate pertinent information such as behaviors, nursing, nutrition, clinical issues, etc., to facilitate assessment and development of treatment goals and to ensure care for individuals. Administer medications as prescribed by Physician, per regulations.
