Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Per Diem, Mercer County, NJ

The Arc Mercer's health services (for people with special needs in Greater Mercer County) are provided by experienced physicians, includes psychiatrists, a registered nursing staff and licensed counselors.

Who We Need

We are currently looking for a Per Diem LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in our healthcare center located in Ewing, NJ.

What We Need

• Provide direct clinical services to clients through one-on-one and group sessions
• Make assessments on client presenting problems and disorders and provide diagnosis
• Create a treatment plan specially tailored to the client utilizing a variety of techniques
• Collaborate with a team of providers to evaluate all contributing psychiatric factors, towards the condition of clients
• Measure progress and effectiveness of treatment and adjust as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation of sessions
  
  

What You Need

• Master's Degree in Social Work required accredited by CSWE
• LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker NJ license
• The ability to plan, organize, prioritize daily tasks and work with minimal supervision
• The ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Experience with developmentally disabled adults preferred but not necessary
• Incident to billing.
