Description
TheDirect Support Professional (DSP)provides support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting and within the community.
A high school diploma or GED is desired. Post-high-school education in Human Services is a definite plus. An acceptable NYS driver's license and basic computer knowledge are a must. An informative, paid new hire orientation is provided in a comfortable learning environment. Training will also include Van Certification, SCIP, First Aid / CPR, and Medication Administration certification.
HOURS : On Call - As Needed
Starting Salary : $19.19 - $21.11 per hour plus additional shift differentials as applicable
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED is preferred
Acceptable NYS Driver's License
Computer skills
