We have a Full Time opportunities for an Assistant Residential Program Manager supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Putnam County!
Seven unique men with their own sense of community live at the Mooney Hill residence. The house lies in a scenic area, neatly tucked away in the woods with a spacious yard and taste of nature. The Assistant Residential Program Manager is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to staff.
Previous experience in the Developmental Disabilities field required and some supervisory experience preferred. Must have good communication, organizational and writing skills. Ability to work effectively with others. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a vigorous AMAP course.
