Hudson Valley Landing Apartments are located on the historic water front district overlooking the Hudson river. Currently, there are five gentlemen who reside in these apartments and are all very independent, with a wide range of interests. These highly energetic men are always looking for new ways to get more involved and engage with others in their community. The Res Hab Provider will support them in furthering their independence in maintaining their apartments and daily routines. The Res Hab Provider will be required to have a reliable vehicle and use their own car. Mileage will be reimbursed. The person in this position will also be trained to be medication certifiable, assist with medical appointments and ensure documentation is processed accurately and timely. HOURS : 40 / Sunday through Thursday - 11 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm STARTING SALARY : $ 17.51 to $ 19.27 per hour, with additional shift differentials as applicable Minimum Requirements High School Diploma / GED required Acceptable NYS Driver's license and a reliable vehicle Computer skills
