The Arc Mid-Hudson has a rewarding full-time management opportunity available, supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, at our Neal residence, in Carmel.
Neal House is a very fun energetic young house with 11 super fun residents. We have male and females that live here. We are unique in that Neal House has 11 bedrooms, which means everyone gets their own room. Make sure you wear your sneakers and have no troubles going up and down lots of stairs. We are located near Carmel High School, close to restaurants, walking trails, shopping, and more! Everyone at Neal House loves to be busy and enjoy going to the movies, going shopping, walking on the walking trails, and, of course, going out to eat. We like to say we are wild and crazy at Neal House and LOVE to have fun! So if you like to have lots of fun while you work Neal House is the House for you!
Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This experienced manager will possess an Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Services or a related field, and will have strong organizational skills and supervisory experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
