Responsibilities
To serve as the administrative support for specific residential, employment, community support services, staff, and programs as assigned. Be responsible for operations, licensing, and quality assurance monitoring of assigned services/programs. Understand the vision and mission in order to guide decision-making within the dynamics of the agency and the community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and four years of experience in some combination of administration, staff supervision, and working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Experience must include at least one year of experience support people with developmental disabilities and one year supervisory experience.
- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task.
