General Description
Direct Support Professionals provide direct assistance and support services to address the needs of individuals with disabilities. Necessary supports for an individual are provided by the Direct Support Professional to assist in learning and maintaining skills. The Direct Support Professional reports directly to and receives weekly and/or as needed support and supervision from their supervisor from within the Day Program.
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalency.
· Minimum of at least one year of work experience in the field of developmental disabilities and mental health setting.
· A safe driving record, current drivers’ license, and current motor vehicle liability insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
